Mick Mills

Mills was an England left back and was captain of Ipswich town football club, making a record 591 league appearances for the club between 1966 and 1982. He was a key member of the Ipswich side that won the 1981 UEFA Cup final and helped Ipswich win the 198 FA Cup final. In total he won 42 caps representing England and made his last International showing in the year 1982.

Dale Roberts

Dale began his playing career at Ipswich Town and soon established himself as a tough centre half. He soon became a fans favourite at Ipswich and spent six years playing for the club, winning the FA cup in 1978 with Town and his fine performances at Ipswich earned him a move to Hull City FC. He later on became assistant manager at Ipswich to George Burley in 1995.

Terry Butcher

Butcher made his Ipswich debut in the year 1978 and soon established himself in the first team at the club. He helped Town win the UEFA Cup final in 1981 and nearly won the league title with them. After Ipswich suffered relegation in to the second division in 1986 he moved to Glasgow Rangers before signing for Coventry city in 1990. He played for England national side on 7 occasions and starred for England in three world cup finals, the 1982, 1986 and 1990 world cups as well as the 1988 European Championships.
